Not only did Anita go above and beyond in ensuring our comfort, but she also amazed us by finding my lost necklace and returning it to me. the ironing facilities were a lifesaver, allowing us to look our best for our day at Alton Towers. the heating kept us cozy, the terrace with garden furniture was a lovely spot to unwind, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch. the free toiletries were luxurious, the electric kettle in the room was convenient, and the electric blankets made for a warm and snug night's sleep. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough - every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a truly exceptional experience.
